A delightful warm and mildly spicy essential oil (totally without the pungency of it being fresh) often referred to as the "Herb of Joy" which helps ease the mind and fight fatigue and may assist in those with eating disorders.

Coriander helps to warm and calm the digestive system (useful for gas and cramps), and in creams and lotions, helps relieve rheumatism and arthritic pain and muscular spasms.

Blends well with oils of the citrus family Use in steam inhalations, oil burners, baths, creams and lotions or in a personal massage blend.
